I have lived here since 7/1 in one of their brand new apartments. Since that time, they have exterminated about 20-25 times for cockroaches - most recently every week for the past 6 weeks in a row and I still continue to see them. Management refuses to let me out of my lease
RecommendedQuiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from PATCO, safe, responsive staff. Many longtime (15-20 years) residents. Apartments are solidly built. Highly recommend.
Another snow storm and once again a great job of plowing the parking lots and cleaning the walk ways. If I could get them to NOT put all the snow in front of my car it would be a win win win situation!
This is my HOME :) Cozy , family atmosphere. Maintenance and office personnel are all very kind and helpful
Well if you don't mind living next to trash. A manager who will not help you low maintance and loud rude neighbors then this place is for you however if you want the same thing with lower rent prices move to Camden just telling it like it is
