So after a year from my purchase, we found out we were finessed by Lalo the sales rep. I was told I would get a charger for my car & SURPRISE never did & depreciation for the in 1 year is astronomical. Dodge loves to brag about "heritage," but this dealership is a historic landmark for negligence. The service advisors here have the moral backbone of an éclair. I brought my vehicle in for scheduled warranty work on my seat belts because they failed after use. This wasn't a guess—their own technician had previously verified the failure, and the parts were pre-ordered and waiting. Cory Vegas has been my Service Advisor for the past year for all of my Fleet Vehicles. He is thorough, professional, and always great with follow up. Anytime I need something he is quick to get it done. He goes above and beyond and I enjoy working with him.
I was charged for car maintenance that was not done. I took my truck in to get a warranty part fixed as well as some routine maintenance. Lucky for me my front seat had a lot of stuff in it and when I got home I realized it didn't look like it had been moved at all. I was getting some filters replaced incuding the cabin and fuel filters.
