The wings are amazing and by far the best in the Midwest. Great selection of beer. Their employees are great and seem to care about their customers. Highly recommend this restaurant especially if you like sports along with a meal or beverage. If you haven't tried it you are missing out.
Food is amazing but by the time you get it your so angry it's hard to enjoy it. This could be the best place in town if they could figure out how to get your food to you in under an hour. I won't go back for that reason.
Hacketts was WAYY better before they expanded. Even though you had to wait for a table, it was still quicker to get your food. The prices were cheaper and didn't have to leave a tip which was nice. I've always had bad experiences with rude hostesses and waiters every since the expansion. I still like Hacketts but miss the way it was before they expanded
The food is good. I have enjoyed the wings each time I went. I also tried the catfish on Sunday, and it was good. Here is the problem. IT IS SO SLOW. Took 10 minutes to get us a table, which was great timing, and then over a hour to get our food. It was NOT busy at all. It has been like this each time I went. And when your 7 year old says, "Lets just go to Buffalo Wild Wings" then you know its time to stop coming back.

As I sit here thinking whether I should finish my food or not I'm glad the other 7 people to my group of 15 didn't show up! Crappy service one person sent a salad back that was 7 dollars I'm sure the bag of salad from Wal-Mart had more toppings than that bag did!!! Then the owner brought it back out and said I'll do it for 5 dollars what the heck!Another guy ate 2 bites of catfish and was done he waited 15 minutes for silverware just to try the potato salad to spit it back out! It was like going home. When my sons lived in Joplin we would eat at Hacketts almost every trip. The boys have moved away so it's been 3-4 years since we have had the pleasure of eating at Hacketts. The sweet tea and wings were superb as always. The service excellent as well
The food was fantastic, and the wait staff was efficient. Hacketts has done a great job taking ownship of being a important staple in the Joplin community! However the amount of business they recieve makes them very busy most of the time. Which should never be viewed as a deterrent, but rather something to bare in mind when you are planning your evening out!
Went in not thinking wings but after they talked us into it ill always get the wings. Loved it. Wonderful service
