This by far. . . are the best wings I've had. I have tried wings from so many places, and not one compared to Hackett. My only problem is I can't add another star.
Tried the wings here a few time, always dried out.
Called several hours ahead of time and ordered wings on New Years Eve, they were very small wings and when my husband called they knew they were small wings and would take 10 percent off on our next order which would only be $2 off and on top of that I ordered two different flavors and they were both the same. Won’t be going back.
The food was good but service is horrible lately. Plus they never answer their phone when I try to call in an order. This use to be our favorite place. We would come here at least once a week but it has quickly gone downhill.
Best wings....customer service rocks and Oweners what make it!!!
I dare say I have been eating Hackett wings as long as anyone in Joplin (used to walk to the Broadway location) and I must take a moment to tell everyone why I continue to go there. Their wings are OUTSTANDING and it is ran by a great family. While I can see by the reviews they have experienced growing pains due to their success, they continuously strive to overcome the issues they encounter. As I am reading all these reviews I am in complete disarray at how many disappointments there has been. I won't ever forget my first time in there with my best friend in the whole world kaylee Gilmore and then after that for my aunt's first time I took her. I absolutely love this place. I've not been through the summer because of location but I recommend this place as actually my favorite place to eat.
