We were having a great time with family enjoying the football game and eating wings, but unfortunately there was a large group of people that proceeded to drink beers and do shots that ruined it for everyone. The bartender should’ve totally cut them off before they got to the point that they did. I thought Hackett’s was a family establishment but evidently it’s more of a bar environment.

I have not been to Hacketts , but about every time I do go the wait to get our food is way too long. Last night we waited an hour for our food. The management was not helpful and just went through the motions to get us out the door. Won’t be going back. It’s unfortunate because it’s a Joplin business and Joplin needs as many local businesses as it can get. If the kitchen and management could work on their ticket times and handle paying customers with a sense of professionalism I would go back time and time again.
Service was not great, food was not hot and no compensation for order that was not correct.
Best wings anywhere!!!! Staff is super friendly!!!
My new go-to place to eat wings! Staff is amazing and the food is amazing! Made me cry!
