2nd visit, most likely last. Waiter griff? Service excessively poor, 30 minutes to get drinks, wife & I ordered water, 2 others in our group wrong beer delivered, so so on dinner,
You call to order wingsand they say in voicemail they are too busy to take your order??? Who does that?? Worst service ever
Food was good, prices a little steep, service very slow
I used to go to the little hole in the wall location and never had anything but awesome food. First time at the new big location and first time I've had below average from hacketts. I won't be back to the big location, I'll try the old one next time. Wasn't worth the hour drive.
Busy 3rd Thursday. We love this place. Our waiter James rocked. Great wangs!
Come here all the time with my parents, there onion rings are amazing! Great inviroment and excellent food every time.
Food was awesome as always but what REALLY made our experience awesome was our waitress, sierra!! Def will be back soon!!
Awesome as always! Service was great! Those bad reviews must have been there on an off night. No complaints here.
After waiting over an hour after we ordered, my daughter went and asked where our food was and requested it be boxed up. We had my one year old grandson with us and all were starving. After we got home our food was more than cold. Not a good first impression for me. Hopefully it was just a bad night, but not sure if we will return. Ugh
