S pushed Theworst ER experience ever. Never again. No choice of desired hospital like Holy name. Paramus ambulance refused to take me there. At least the nurses and aids are the best! Not the ER. Pushed around like cattle!
My brother has been in the ER for 3 days now and not even admitted into a room. Come on if your really that busy go on stand by and take care of the people you have! Ridiculous
The women at the front desk were horrible. There were only two nurses doing their job last night. That's all I have to say.
The staff was great they made me feel very comfortable
I live in hudson county, i have several hospitals near me and i still chose Hackensack University Medical Center! Outstanding staff and medical services, someones always checking up on you throughout the day, even dead into the night. Hackensack UMC really makes you feel at home! Just a very positive atmosphere and experience!!
