Not enough staff in the ER and ontop they had skipped me, over ten people went in front of me who had came after me. I literally got there at 1pm and left at 7:30 pm. Horrible attention. I have never had this issue before, I even gave birth here and never had any trouble. definitely not going back ever again. Hackensack hospital has changed alot. The nurses working there are very racist and unpolite. They spoke to spanish people with a nasty attitude and they tried doing it to me but they messed with the wrong one, I did not... read more

The Best Hospital to go to...There was a nurse that attended to me after my surgery...named Katherine...What a great soul..She was funny witty smart patient caring and very attentive..I'm actually contemplating sending her a thank you something....What a gem. HUMC you are lucky to have her.
