I love evryone who works thr .. but they are soo understaffed!!! Its soo sad... i was in soo much pain .. i waited for 3hrs in the waiting area ... that i had to leave and go to another ER ...due my sever pain ... its not just one person's fault . Its understaffed and the volume is just unbelieveable .. #codeblack
Absolutely ridiculous that I had to wait in the ER for 7 hrs to be taken back to get blood work done and a ultrasound! Spent over 11 hrs in total there beyond disappointed!

My brief experience at Hackensack University Medical Center for cancer surgery was as good as it could have been. Attentive nurses and nursing care providers, techs. EVERY MD involved in surgery saw me the next day. Was I pain-free? No, but pain was managed as well as it might have been. Did they wake me in the middle of the night for routine tests? Youbetcha! Although it takes a lot of time to see every doctor and have every test, the treatment my husband received and continues to receive is stellar. Anyone who complains about wait times have to just look around them to see the number of patients there! It takes time and you must wait for more serious circumstances to be addressed. The staff is wonderful.
I had the very best experience! From The nurses to the doctors they all treated me with kindness and cared that I was comfortable. I was very happy with the service.
