excellent experience, quick, friendly staff (poison ivy 😬😵💫)
If you need an x-ray or Ultra Sound, be sure you ASK if their equipment is working BEFORE going to the exam room. I had pneumonia and explained why I was there when I checked in. I was brought to the back & was told "you should go to the ER because our equipment isn't working". So of course I left but was still charged the $45 co-payment despite NOTHING being done. I have been here a few times and never had a problem. I went to this urgent care on saturday. The Doctor (didn’t even catch his name if it was said) was very nonchalant didn’t even seem like he was listening to what i had to say. very unorganized and unprofessional. He basically told me he didn’t know what was wrong with me and there was nothing he could do.
Walked in and immediately got antibiotics and a full explanation of what to watch out for. Everyone was so nice and helpful! Will definitely be back!
