I was very happy to hear that they took my insurance, not one urgent care in Hazlet does. The closest one is 30 mins away! This one is 5 mins away, a very big plus! I walked in and I did not have a problem that I didn’t have an appointment. I was seen within 20 mins. Everyone was very pleasant. The doctor’s assistant was on the ball, he listened to my symptoms and took test before the doctor requested them and got the result right away. They focus so hard on care for their patients that they forget to take care of the lawn around it. Overgrown with tick infested weeds. Might be a conspiracy to get you to have Lyme’s disease if you walk by there so they can get themselves a patient. Maybe that will work out for them, but in the meantime, the place looks like it’s closed and abandoned, and maybe that’s why there’s never really anyone there. “Desperate Choice Urgent Care” business name change idea?
I had a bad experience one time… But tonight I walked in.. did all my information, sat down, and was called in 5 minutes later.. everyone in this facility is super nice.. and it’s always very clean… my 1 Star became 5 star
Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. They seem nice but they are highly misinformed about their own practices and gave me false information over the phone.
