Friendly and caring staff, all the way from security to nurses, PAs & MDs. Clean and efficient.
Over two and a half hours waiting with my toddler who split his lip open and no urgency whatsoever from the staff. ER is full of people with the flu no wearing masks. I’d rather go to community and that says a lot.
Over 4 hour wait in the ER waiting room. When I inquire about the long wait, a young man, with attitude, tells me that they see sicker people 1st. I get that to a degree, but I am 86 years old, and I have a history of diverticulitis and cdif for which I am here to be examined. I have flu symptoms, and need to be checked for this as well. I just saw a doctor for a brief moment, and he said that he will set me up for a ct scan and flu swab. If you hate your life come here. I was a cab driver and I picked up passengers from here. I heard horror stories. So why did I come here? Why didn't I go to a different hospital?
