I've been a resident here for 4 years with no issues until this year. I was wary when the complex was bought out by Blvd residential because of the terrible reviews I had seen of them and how once they take over a complex, the property goes downhill. Tiana was the first property manager we had with the new switch and she eased my worries. She was kind, helpful, and cared to improve the complex for the residents. Update: New tennants are disrespectful. They have constant parties at the pool, loud noise, and dogs off leashes. Not to mention, my packages have started coming up missing. Im on the second floor, so you would think I'd be safer to have them delivered. Its ridiculous, I try not to complain, i follow the rules( smoking, pet, new balcony measures that put my dog in danger), and i can go on and on, but there is no need. For 1600 a month you get screaming neighbors playing video games at 3am! Like screaming on top of their lungs!!!
