UPDATE: It has almost been a year since living here. I believe right when I moved in, there was a change in ownership of the complex and also a change in management during the time and the whole time I was here I have had a great experience. Gio and Alma are awesome! First impressions: Tiana the manager was very nice and helpful in our tour. Place is very well kept clean and is a gated community. Hopeful to be moving in the near future. Stay tuned.

Moved out of these apartments with my family about a year ago thank god i did. I can say this place has gone downhill. When i first moved in and Charlie was manager of the complex everything was in order and he made sure things ran smooth. It was so peaceful. Towards the end of our time living at our apartment things started to go downhill. Charlie left and we had issues with our upstairs neighbor complaining of our baby making noise while we lived downstairs. For $1,650 a month, you get screaming neighbors playing video games at 3 a.m.—and yes, screaming at the top of their lungs! Grown men, by the way. Every day something in the apartment is broken. The garbage bins are often empty, yet tenants still throw trash all over the ground—completely disrespectful and disgusting. The laundry rooms have no ventilation or air circulation, so doing laundry feels like stepping into an unwanted sauna.
