Good communication at all stages from scheduling to follow up. Staff is great and Dr. Kim does a great job listening, assessing the patient's situation, addressing accordingly and following up. I would definitely recommend.
The entire process of getting a colonoscopy was well organized and expeditious. They made it as easy and convenient as possible and communicated well at every step of the process.
Colonoscopies are never fun but every person was professional. All on time and very nice.
My first telemed appointment. Dr Kim was very good to deal with and asked me direct questions which made it easier for me to answer.
