Everything went smoothly, from the front desk, to the nurses, to the anesthesia, to the colonoscopy with Dr. Kim. Went under at 1:25, woke up at 2:10. Was on the road heading home by 2:30. Didn’t feel a thing! As with any colonoscopy, the worse part is the prep & being on the potty so you’re “emptied out!”
Dr. Kim was on time and things went quickly but didn’t feel rushed. I feel good about our conversation and the next steps to be taken. He explained things efficiently and made sure I understood and that I didn’t leave with any unanswered questions and had set clear expectations. The process of the telehealth appointment was very easy and simple.
He was able to answer all of my questions and presented the my options in a way that I easily understood.
Everyone I had contact with front to back were friendly and professional. The level of care I received was exceptional which made an otherwise tedious procedure pleasant.
Visible concern for patient's comfort by every staff member encountered from arrival to discharge. Step by step procedure information was clearly conveyed as well as final diagnosis and the way forward.

Dr. Kim was very kind, to the point, got right down to the problem and possible solutions. His demeanor was very comforting. He was very patient with my technical ineptness on the call and took the time to reconnect and finish the appointment. I was very grateful to him.
