Went to the Greenville location and scheduled a car shampoo. they had two in line in front of me. I was told they would be ready for me by 2pm. I returned fifteen minutes early to find out a car has just arrived and they started on it. I would have to wait two more hours to even begin. I wasted several hours in Greenville waiting my turn only to be turned away. I live over thirty miles away from Greenville. thanks for nothing, I will not return or recommend.
Horrible job this morning. We have a GMC Acadia, $26 and they didnt even vacuum the back out or wipe down the interior. Horrible, horrible job. So disappointed. If all you can do because of Covid is a basic wash then don't offer anything else but the basic.

basically, they prerinsed my truck with me in it. Then they started to send it through the machine at which point they realized that they didn’t fold my passenger mirror in. So the guy pointed at it frantically as my truck is beginning to move forward indicating that he wanted me to fold it in. In my head I was like you gotta be kidding me. Not an easy task to move from one side of a super duty truck to the passenger side and grab the mirror and fold it in. the staff is always friendly right now they are being extra cautious and you have to drive your car around yourself. But as always a great job and I appreciate them.
Took my 2019 Ford F-250 75k dollar truck in for a wash. I parked under a tree so needed the bird poop washed off. The person who sprayed it down with the power washer got too close and completely tore up the door. Not to mention didn’t every get the bird poop off. The “manager” said they won’t fix even though they have all this on camera. Don’t go here unless you want to spend hundreds to fix their error.
Not today, my windows weren't clean, they acted like it was my fault. Finally one of the guys brought out a bottle of window cleaner and got them clean.
Car has dirt and water spots all over it, went back the same day(2 hours later) and asked for them to correct the issues. The employee that seemed to be in charge, was called over, he said no. Not their issue! The last two times I have gone there my car has been left dirty and with attitude from employees! It may not mean much to your employees but when I spend $18 to have my car wash, supposedly the top of the line when you stay in your vehicle, and it leaves dirty.
