I went there today for an exterior clean and the bottom of the car is not clean... I took it back and they addressed all of my concerns. I know that it's not ideal to have to go twice but I do believe that a business should have a second chance to make things right
I just spent $28 for the Royal Treatment package, on a one week old Jaguar. It wasn't "dirty", I simply wanted it to shine. The inside wasn't vacuumed. The inside wasn't wiped down - there is still a drip mark on my center console from my daughters drink. The carpet is black, and still has many strings, pieces of fuzz, grass, etc. - clearly not vacuumed. The windshield still has a smear where a bug hit it going across the bridge. Best damn car wash in Rockwall period!!!!!!!!They wipe down door jams and do a super job on windows and interiors!
Haven't been able to come here in a few years and finally got to come back and was not disappointed. As Rockwall grows some good things never change!
This place really is bad. The line to get in/out is so tight with cars crammed everywhere I'm surprised there aren't more accidents. I came in around 2:30pm wanting "the works" done on my vehicle and was told over and over that I could not get that because it was too late in the day. So I just settled with the only wash package they offered. I was told my doors, dash, & cup holders would be wiped down. Ha! That was a joke.
