Charged us over $1500 for carpet replacement upon move out but failed to provide us actual proof that the carpet needed to be replaced. If you move here, don’t expect to get your damage deposit back. When we moved out we left our apartment immaculate: cleaned all appliances, baseboards, fans, walls, shampooed the carpets, etc. The place was spotless, top to bottom and they still kept every penny of our deposit claiming bogus charges. Vanessa is a snake.
All the 5 star reviews are fake
They are constantly going into our units, every 1-2 months and having us clear our storage spaces when the units are too small to put anything anyway! They don’t have nearly enough parking for the permits they give out, and have no respect for their tenants. Everything is constantly breaking, with no help from maintenance either. I doubt I’ll even be getting my deposit back, as the bathtub has begun chipping (I don’t think bathtubs are supposed to do that!!)
