Do not use this business. Paid $75 for flowers and was delivered a wilting bunch in a plastic Coles bag with a Coles receipt attached for $30. Card was also missing. Flowers lasted 24hrs. No ownership from company. Will not use again.
Don't use this business. It's not clear what is going on. We ordered a $75 bunch of flowers, incl delivery, in January 25 and the recipient got a $30 bunch from Coles with the price tag attached. Apparently the shop on Junction Rd is empty indicating that the business is closed but the website is still operating and taking your money. I don't know if it is the owner or someone has managed an elaborate scam taking the money and delivering cheap flowers from Coles???
THEY ARE CLOSED. Turned up here today to see an empty building. Complete waste of time.
HABITAT FLOWERS ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!! They had done all our centre pieces for our guest tables, bridal/bridesmaids bouquets, flower girls bouquets, our church chairs and our 8 METER main table flower arrangement for our wedding. My husband and I didn’t really have a vision, but with these guys professional advice and guidance they made our vision come to life. We thank you guys so much for going above and beyond to make our wedding LOOK ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. ❤️
Ordered flowers online from interstate for Mother's Day. Website is glitchy (no confirmation screens when I'd added something to my cart and the date selection tool for delivery isn't obvious). Ended up ordering for the wrong day, called the number on their company logo, which is disconnected. Had no option but to lodge an enquiry through the 'contact' page of the website, which again didn't provide a confirmation that it had been sent, and is also an unsecure web page.
