I used Habersham Gardens for 4 months. I spent a lot of money with them besides the monthly maintenance fee of $440. I had extras in addition to this billing like broken water line irrigation repair when I was out of Atlanta. Their charge $880. I asked them 5 times to send the repair person to my home so I could talk with him and see what they did. Habersham gardens monthly maintenance for my home was expensive.($440)They did relatively good job, but they do not do certain services which I had to find a sub contractor for like moles. When I asked to see the person who repaired my broken irrigation line ( $880.00 charge) they refused to corporates by sending him out, and they also failed , upon numerous request I made, to clarify their extra billing. For this reason I rate this company VERY LOW ON SERVICE, VERY HIGH ON COSTS. I am glad I no longer use them
