What a great company doing great work
An incredibly incompetent firm in my opinion. Have had to deal with Ken Kraus several times. He has failed to diagnose basic issues, repeatedly ignores phone calls and provides lame excuses in place of doing the job right. Avoid this company or deal with them at your peril, this is my fair warning to citizens and taxpayers. Edit: my original review was limited to my dealings with one of its employees, Mr. Kraus.
