The staff at HAART truly saved my life. I went from being on the street with no shoes on my feet to being totally clean with a career, a home, a car and a family. I don't even want to think about what would have happened had I not been given such amazing support from this clinic. They truly care about you. All issues I had were worked out. I was quick to judge and did so unfairly. This is a great facility offering help that many of us need. Everyone I’ve worked with there has been fair and caring.
Was enrolled with promise that I’d never be turned away due to finances. They stated I would get assistance enrolling in medical. 90 days and $1500 later, my counselor still was unable to get me signed up and other counselors were scared to help me and step on his toes. For months I’ve been stuck with the same counselor even though I’ve begged to be changed. They got me by the ball* and they know it. Now every day I go in I’m asked for money to receive my drugs or else I can leave without dosing (per the receptionist)
