About this business
Doug and Vickie Hardy have taken over Haar's Auction along with Connie and Al Darbrow and Sandra Haar effective March 1, 2003. Our grandfather Vance Haar started the auction business in the 1940's traveling around picking up and selling merchandise for people. His son George Haar joined him upon return of the military. In 1972 Vance Haar passed away leaving his legacy to his 4 children George, Boyd, Elwood and Claribel. They incorporated in 1974. Best place ever. So many great memories made there by my whole family.
It is a great place to enjoy a movie and some great food... But the staff could be a little more friendly....
There's no better way to catch a movie (or two). I'm looking forward to the start of the season!!

We look forward to every weekend @ Haars. There's just something about sitting out on a balmy summer evening in front of the large screen, and everyone there for the same purpose. We can't wait until this season opens.

Good old family night out
Drive-ins are an American treasure that is all to quickly vanishing . If you are a parent you owe it to your children to take them ! I was lucky enough to grow up with one close by and now live 24 miles from Haar's . I will not see movies in a regular indoor theater.
