About this business
Doug and Vickie Hardy have taken over Haar's Auction along with Connie and Al Darbrow and Sandra Haar effective March 1, 2003. Our grandfather Vance Haar started the auction business in the 1940's traveling around picking up and selling merchandise for people. His son George Haar joined him upon return of the military. In 1972 Vance Haar passed away leaving his legacy to his 4 children George, Boyd, Elwood and Claribel. They incorporated in 1974. It was our first time there and we loved it. We have already made plans for next year do make this a family outing

No better place to watch the movies!!
I can't remember a weekend that I wasn't at haars as a kid. Friday it was always the auction and Saturday it was family night at the movies. I can still remember the old lopsided merry-go-round. We kids use to sit there and watch the movies.

I think you should open in April
If you have never been to a drive in, You are missing out big time. If you have, You know how incredible it is and the fun of entire experience. Support Haars Drive In and keep the past for the future.
Way better than going to the theater and much more affordable! Family friendly :) my kids and my husband and I love it!
