About this business
Doug and Vickie Hardy have taken over Haar's Auction along with Connie and Al Darbrow and Sandra Haar effective March 1, 2003. Our grandfather Vance Haar started the auction business in the 1940's traveling around picking up and selling merchandise for people. His son George Haar joined him upon return of the military. In 1972 Vance Haar passed away leaving his legacy to his 4 children George, Boyd, Elwood and Claribel. They incorporated in 1974. Classic atmosphere, good food, reasonable prices, and epic summer movie fun! Haar's is awesome! More classic movies please!!!
Love this place so much. Been going here since i was little girl!! Now i take my little babies with me. And my husband and i love it family time. The food is great. Just a great place to go on the weekend!!!!

This is the best drive-in theater!! The food at the snack bar is yummy and very reasonably priced and the staff is friendly. It's got a great vintage feel and is a wonderful and economical way to spend an evening.
Haars provides a wonderful evening of fun for everyone. Prices are reasonable, concession stand offers many choices and you can't beat a drive-in.
I love the family atmosphere however the rules are not followed by vans, trucks etc. The rules simply state hatchbacks must be level with the top of vehicles. This is not followed at all. We moved several times due to not being able to see the bottom of the screen finally giving up and deciding that this will be the last time we come here. So unless u have a vehicle u can sit on top of or get here when the gate opens it's not worth it. Ill pay the extra few dollars to go to the movie theater next time.
Harrs Drive In is so awesome I absolutely love it! It is very affordable for a family to go there. I would highly recommend it even if you have to drove 1 hour to get there it is sooo worth it!
How wonderful to be able to share an evening with close friends and family gathered under the stars! Bonus...milkshakes and the best fries ever at the snack bar.
