We live in the Ridgeview area House is in roommate name My problem with them was After 7 months, I found a leak They came out to check that leak and were polite but very defensive So, someone else is coming out to fix When they tore up our grass in the front yard , they said they would be back out to throw down some seed but didn't make it so We had to do it ourselves I forgot to move the car out of the garage I asked if it was OK The older man and teenager nodded and said yes, yes Realize later that there was a language bar... read more

Had appointment, was told the guy was going be there between 6-7. He never showed up or got a phone call. I called next morning and was cussed out and hung up on. Response: my appointment was for a estimate unrelated to box store. I was in talk with owner, who told me that he would have someone down to look at it at time above. When he never showed, I called next morning and got cussed at. I know what being cussed at sounds like. Also I would have never even put in a bad review if it wasn’t for the lack of professionalism.
