I contacted FC Hub multiple times regarding a heating oil delivery during snowy weather. I spoke with Andrew, who told me he saw oil scheduled for my address and forwarded me to Bill’s voicemail. Bill never returned my call. I called the company seven times and received no follow-up and no delivery. When you are dealing with heating oil in winter, communication is critical.
