We have worked with them twice and both times were great! Everyone is so nice and found solutions to our issues. This second time around, Brandy came to the house and found a solution to our on going issue. Thank yall so much!!
Best waterproofing company by far!!
Overall, I had a really decent experience with this company. There was a few issues, but they made them right and we’re very great about communicating with me and getting back in contact with me and it’s not what happens sometimes that’s how you handle it. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the work and this seems like a great company to do business with. I work in the home service industry myself doing something different than waterproofing and foundation work and they checked all my boxes.
Brandy Horst of H2O Waterproofing & Foundation came to my home to ascertain why water was pooling in our garage. Ours is a slab built home so groundwater was suspected. After a professional and thourough examination, testing, photos, and consultations we were given a bid to install piping under the slab and a sub pump to keep the groundwater pumped out. My husband and I bought an older house that was built in 1975 approximately 3 years ago. Unfortunately we basically bought a lemon. Our crawl space was a disaster.
