Excellent customer service here at H2O! Came to them with a problem on my boat and within 24 hours it was fixed and good to go. They had no problem answering all my questions and helping me out. The best boat shop in the area in my opinion. Customer service, quality and price will keep me coming back to do more business with them.
Well where should I start we took our ski boat to have the flywheel replaced on it and a service job done. The initial quote was for about 1800 which I thought seemed a little high but went ahead and took it down there from Jonesboro anyways because of the high reviews but after they"fixed" our boat the grand total was just over 3000 we want and picked the boat up made one test pass at the closet lake possible seemed alright for that quick trip. I would like to give a shout out to one of your employees. I was working on my boat batteries Friday after fishing in the Big Bass Bonanza. He was very nice and he didn't hesitate to help me.
