We inherited H2 from another rental management agency that closed. I will be brief: avoid this agency at all costs -- incompetent, entitled, unresponsive. Their final inspection uderestimated the wear and tear of our house after the tenants left, and they recommended full refund of the security deposit -- unwarranted, as there was undisclosed damage that needed to be repaired.
