H&S property is great ..the lady’s in the office are outstanding
Me and my fiancé rented here in the Rancho Cucamonga units for two years. When we first moved in H&S staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, once we gave our 30 day notice we noticed that changed instantly. We paid $900 for our deposit and a $500 pet deposit. When we first moved in Jaime had told us the longer you live here the less we charge you for damage for the unit because we count it as “wear and tear” .. well that was a lie .
