HR Block kept my stimulus money in their account and stated in would be in mine by 25. Never received and held on hold for 2 hours. Never received any help so I had to file it on my 2020 taxes which I'm happy to say h&r Block did not do. So if you have not got you a stainless money and you did your taxes through h&r Block there's a good chance they've got it and they're making money off of it. I wish I had a happy ending but I don't this has been a nightmare for me Jo Bertoli

Practically impossible to get online or phone customer service help. Horrible automated phone system. Can’t believe how such a large company, used by millions, can have such inaccessible customer service.

Some how this place got my stimulus check. I just called to get a update on when my check was sent out and the rude customer service report hung up on me because I told him what he's reading I got from the automatic system and I wanted t make sure they have the right address. This place is the worst and they will never get my business again.

I ordered their software online on their website in December 2020. I never received anything, I tried to purchase it again, and it still I have not received anything. Both Payments were processed with my bank. I've been calling the customer service hotline for a month now with no results. I called in and spoke to a branch, they told me they have no number or lead they could provide me. I've wasted almost a hundred dollars on software I never received, and I have no one to speak to about this. It's just my problem now.

I can not express the how hard your company has made my Life since 2018! The stress, inconvenience and turmoil your Runnemede, NJ office has caused me has been the most horrible experience with a Company in my entire 73 years of life. Not only did I lose my husband of 50 years but your company’s incompetence and instructions cause me lose of income! Not mention my health! You have loss my respect and business and should be ashamed of your lack of empathy!

HR Block is criminals!!!!!!!!!! They claim in an email stimulus money will be deposited no later than January 6th, never deposited. Spent many hours and days trying to talk to someone, on hold for 2 hours for them to just hang up on you. Get another email stating my bank denied deposit----WHICH IS A LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There has been NO ATTEMPT TO DEPOSIT ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is wrong!!!!!!!!!! INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY FINE THEM WITH THE MAXIMUM PENALTY!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a zero rating I would. A few years ago I took the HR Block tax coarse to be a tax preparers. The professor was amazing and completed my coarse. I took the HR Block tax coarse again and had the worse experience ever. I completed the coarse and had difficulties with my hours being reported to CTEC. I informed my instructor (Kristine Rambonga) who had no interest in helping me what so ever. Their stupid phone system is hanging up on customers without even letting them go on hold yet alone speak to anyone! This is unacceptable and should be illegal! Suffice to say I'm never going back to them in the future... especially since they also charge inactivity fees on their Emerald Card which means I don't even get to enjoy my entire stimulus check.
