This was my third time to see him for an injury, and I have always been very pleased with the care I received. I trust him and will definitely return if I have a need.
I saw Dr. H. Starr for advanced osteoarthritis of my left hand for severe pain and swelling. He discussed all options, showed me my left hand Xray, explained everything, and gave me an opportunity to ask questions, which he fully explained! I highly recommend him due to his kindness, discussions that are understandable to lay patients, and taking time with me!! Thank you Dr. Starr!!!!
