The whole appointment went very smoothly, from check in, visit with Dr Starr to check out!
Dr Starr is very nice and professional. I arrived at 8am. I was called back in 5 minutes. I sat in the exam room for an hour. The doctor came in at 9:10. Time management is a problem at this office. One-time I was 5 minutes late and was told there was no grace period. I was delayed going to work for over 2 hours. This is not the first time.
Dr Starr is the best. I’ve had a couple of issues with my hands and he’s taken a conservative approach recommending PT and cortisone shot over surgery. Plus he takes time to explain what’s taking place and how best to manage the issues going forward. I highly recommend him and will definitely use his services in the future!
