H&M Meats recently catered my wedding at Fox Canyon Vineyards, they did a phenomenal job! I was so pleased with how professional and prompt their staff was leading up to the big day. Hannah and Adam answered all of my questions and reassured me of everything. Adam even checked in with us on our wedding day to make sure we had enough to eat before packing out, that was so great! We had them over to cater our factory Christmas dinners, went over very well. Nice work Adam and team! I would recommend using for there services, the Turkey was amazing!
Adam is the new proprietor and cooks some great bbq. The brisket was sensational and I have heard some fantastic reviews of the spiced tenderloin. 5 stars.
Served one of your 8 lb turkey rolls at this year's family Thanksgiving dinner. It was a big hit, getting rave reviews such as "this is the best turkey I've ever eaten!" This was the first one of you turkey rolls I've served in a few years and it won't be the last.

I appreciated them substituting bacon for the two chickens in the mixed bundle. The hamburger was fine and the pork in the bundle was very good; however, the beef, roasts and steaks were both tasteless and very tough. I am giving a only fair rating because of that.
