This company did my wedding in September, and all of my guests complimented the food and thought it tasted amazing!! Highly recommend them. Easy to work with and you feel like they actually care that everything goes spectacular. Loved them.
I went to H & M to get 40lbs of pork belly. Every where I have gone in the past if I ordered 40 pounds of belly I would get 25-30 lbs of bacon. I had right at 1 pound of scrap after I got through with the process using the belly's I got at H & M Meats. The service was a lot better then every shop or store I have been into. If I can get a quality product with great service then I will continue to do business with the. In the case of H & M Meats I will be buying my meat from them for all my smoking needs.
Adam and Hayley were wonderful catering our work lunch. From helping build out the menu/dishes that would be served, trekking through a snowstorm, and (of course) serving delicious food, 10/10 would order from them again.
