I never thought I would see the day when Youngstown,Ohio has a casino however it creates jobs ! Aloha !
Was there on Thursday had a great time just beautiful payoff were wonderful. Came home a winner finally. .
The parking lot design is awful...whoever came up with it should be fired. The cold air blowing through the casino is too cold...seriously. The band is too loud. Your employees taking food orders at the Ciao place need to be trained a bit better, but they are also fighting with the noise..so I give them that. Other than those things, we had an okay time. Surprisingly came home with our money.
I'm not a gambler, therefore my opinion is not based on the gaming. The building is beautiful, especially at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed several items from the food court, the prices were reasonable. We enjoyed listening to the band while we dined. This is Youngstown, so I didn't expect it to be as large as the casinos in Pittsburgh or Columbus. This racino is going on my 'go to' list.
Worst place ever. Gamblers beware!!!! They will be watching you like a hawk and accuse you of stealing because people leave their tickets around.. Yet they turn around and take your money and kick you out completely a joke!!
It is nice that it is close, but I was hoping it would be better than Mountaineer.The restaurants are mediocre at best. I was hoping for a buffet type deal and what you get is basically food court, but at a higher price.I enjoy slots. I play the money I take and I like to watch people play (when I run out of money) and win. Seems no one was getting the slots to do much.Hopefully they add more themed slots. Very unhappy this evening. Can't understand why there is a 1 1/2 hour wait for a seat at Skybox when there are plenty of open tables. Left and headed elsewhere for dinner. Would have liked to stay...
It's a little small. It was very difficult to get on any of the penny slots. We ate dinner in the Skybox restaurant which was great food but I think the dinners should include bread and a dinner salad for the prices they are charging. I'm sure your still working out the kinks. Best of luck to you all.
