Customer Service means you keep your customers happy. With so many tv screens, and asking several times, Hollywood Gaming would not but on the Michigan football game for my husband. He is not a gambler, but agreed to visit because he was sure the large sports bar would be showing several games and he could watch his "home" team. We won't be back.
Every bar refused to put on the Michigan game on. Instead showed a Huston TX one. After trying to get the channel changed at each place with tv's, we left to go home and watch it. Very strange.
Really like this casino, esp the No Smoking throughout! Enjoy the slots, but no big wins yet. This is a very nice place and very tastefully decorated.
Play at more than a few casino's. Never seem worse hospitality at a casino in my life. Rude security and attendants. For some reason beyond my comprehension wasn't allowed to leave with our water and soda that we bought at food court. Very very disappointed. Left due to poor service.Want to mail back my players card.
I'm a Diamond member at Horseshoe. .. this place is by far the worst gaming facility I've seen ever in my 16 years of gambling.
we were up about a week after it opened parking lot was a night mare but worse was the men restrooms I was in 2 mens room upstairs and 2 on main floor if you have to go to rest rook get a reservation as each men stall has 2 urnials and 2 toilets wow really my wife said womans only had 2 regular and one handicap and mens had none that I was in this is diffenly going to be a issue
Not a real casino. No table games... no video poker. Might get better once live racing comes. Poor parking lot signage.
Had an awesome time. Will definitely frequent this place often
