Very quick and easy to work with
No heat for over 15 hours on the coldest day of the year & they came out - figured out the issue quickly, explained what needed to be done to fix it and are getting the parts and coming back - same day to get the heat working!
Will replaced a dryer duct for us. He looked over the job and quickly got to work. He was pleasant and willing to answer questions. We were well satisfied with the quality of his work.
We just had our annual service done on our furnace. Nick was our tech. He was a great guy who thoroughly explained everything he had done. I highly recommend H.J Faust

I had used a different company but recently called H.J. Faust to take a look at my heating system. The woman in the office was very nice and set up a technician to come out based on my schedule. She gave me a time frame and then also called me a half hour before he came out. The gentleman that showed up was very curtious and actually put boot covers on before coming into my home. A valve on my boiler sprung a leak. I called H J Faust and they sent someone over that afternoon. The repairman looked at the problem and said he would need to order the parts and that he would have the office lady call me the next day to give me a quote and let me know the parts were ordered. He stated due to the holidays it would be a couple days to get the part. I never received a call, infact we had made 5 calls to the office to confirm and all calls were unreturned.
