Riley and Chris did our install. They did an INCREDIBLE job. We are so grateful for their kindness, and the kindness of the HJ Faust team. Professional, great job selling appropriate unit for our needs, quick installation, left the jobsite cleaner than it started.
Lori was prompt arriving. She was courteous and pleasant and neatly dressed. She went right to work assessing the house and what needed to be done. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. She sat down with us and explained options and pricing. This was on a Friday and we got a Monday install date. I would highly recommend HJ Faust, Inc.

We have had Jake from H.J. Faust taking care of our HVAC needs since they replaced our furnace and A/C 6 years ago. They are the best. Jake is a great HVAC technician. Growing up my father was an HVAC contractor so I am very comfortable giving them a 5 star rating. My Dad would approve.
Nick O. was out earlier than expected, and diagnosed and repaired the problem efficiently. I hope I don't need their services soon, but I'll definitely be calling them when I do.
HJ Faust team came to the rescue! We were on vacation and had hired an house/pet sitter who stayed in our home while we were away. Our sitter texted and said that the AC went out and it was a super hot day. I called HJ Faust from Europe and explained the situation. They sent Jeff out within the hour and he resolved the problem quickly. Jeff is always fantastic to work with when he comes. Thank you Jeff for coming out at the end of the day to help! You and the entire HJ Faust team are superheroes!!! ❤️
