Lori gave us a quote on new air conditioning system. She was on time and very professional. She was knowledgeable and answered our questions. She was cordial and easy to work with. We have a service contract with Faust and have been very happy dealing with them for our heating and a.c needs.

Had central air replaced today. Eric had given me a decent quote. Including extra air duct work. Chris and his partner came on time and worked efficiently. Installed extra duct where I needed. Explained everything. I would recommend them.
Faust never disappoints! Nick was our technician for our a/c clean and check. A reminder the day before, a notification that he was on his way and arrived within the promised window of time. He explained what he checked. Friendly and professional. Would recommend this company.

Jeff Brutlag came and checked out our air condenser as it was making unusual noises and he said everything was just fine and the noise is normal. He explained everything to us in words we understood.
