Poorly run operation, deficient workmanship and very unprofessional. And GOD FORBID you buy when they are putting up homes near you-start work at 4:30 AM, park in the street so that you cannot even get out of your driveway, and act like YOU are the problem when you confront them. Government needs to look into this company for numerous violations and substandard work. Stay away.
Had my one year inspection and soon after developed a large crack across the ceiling which you can't get to because of high ceiling (about 18ft). The crack is a continuation of a crack that they fixed prior to one year inspection. They responded once and said they wouldn't do anything about it but haven't responded to my request since. It is do to poor workmanship and I will not recommend you buy from this builder as they do not stand behind there homes and they will tell you anything to sell you a home. Very low standards in workmanship. CAULKING IS THE FINISHED PRODUCT A BEST TO FIT AND PAINT TO MATCH FINISH. I COULD HAVE SAVED A LOT OF MONEY AND GRIEF IF HAD ONLY BOUGHT AN ACRE OF GROUND AND PUT A DOUBLEWIDE ON IT. William King Zero star
Stay away from this builder. Poor workmanship, inferior materials, nasty warranty representatives. My 16 month home looks like its 16 years old.
