I understand that things happen that are out of your control, but this morning, I had the most horrible experience at this store. Apparently, the entire computer system was offline. I get that it was no one's fault. However, the complete lack of communication from management and store employees was completely unacceptable. I see too many of us singing (and sometimes dancing!) with the music in the stores. It is so much fun. Perhaps you should consider a karaoke or skate night for us late night shoppers?
Very frequently shelves are marked with a sale price but it is not honored at the register. The manager will say that the sign needs to be changed or the sign is a mistake and still not honor the promoted price!! BAD way to do business HEB! I think this is purposeful DISHONESTY because you cannot be THAT INCOMPETENT...can you?
