Like it nice has everything you need and more and clean
Crowded. Narrow isles. HEB needs to build another store but too cheap to do so. Instead they sit on valuable undeveloped land just to keep competition out. Think of the shopper instead of your bottom line
I started coming to HEB because of the produce selection and the fact that it wasn't Wal-Mart or their terrible customer service. However, I have grown tired of the fact that customers having to bag their own groceries is acceptable, expected even, of this HEB's management staff and employees.
Really, really, really dislike that the bulk section was moved to an aisle! It's crowded and stressful trying to find what I need. I used to LOVE the Wooded Acres HEB and drove several miles to shop there. Now it's just like any other grocery store. I guess I'll just go closer to home.
Kobe beef bought today from butcher @ HEB Wooded Acres! Red on outside-brown inside. formed patties for premium burgers...how disappointing!
Seeing a randomly chosen cashier use ASL with the customer in front of me today literally made me feel better about our society. Y'all are doing things right.
