RecommendedCashier Cecelia was very rude and nonchalant. She did not speak or greet anyone that went through her line. Then, she rudely handed the receipt saying “HERE YOU GO!” with a mug on her face.
Curbside really needs a whole row of parking spaces? Went today at busiest time ALLLLL were empty but one and I had to park by the gas pumps. I saw this poor older lady 3 spaces up from me have to walk that same distance. Again...ALLLLL the spaces but one were empty. The whole row. Go back to 5 spaces because most of your customers go inside.

I had a lady named Alex check me out and found two items in my cart that did not look right and had someone go and get me new ones. I really appreciated her keen eye and also saving me the return trip. I love HEB!
The Wooded Acres location, their power went out yesterday. I know you can't help when things happen like that. But the store had no backup system what so ever to let customers purchase their items. Customers in line could not buy their groceries. I had one basket and a half of groceries and there were rude employees saying they are closed. Sad and disappointed in the bakery section. Had a cake done and asked that the writing match the color of the cake... writing was completed in lime green NOT the dark green as the cake... when I asked it to be fixed it was a SWIRL of lime green and dark green... will NEVER use them again...
