Yesterday I visited for my weekly shopping trip. One of the items on my lists was poblano peppers, but when I got to the poblano crate, it was empty. A staff member out of my eyesight overheard me telling my husband that the poblanos were out, so he came over to me & told me he knows there's some in the back. He asked me to wait just a moment - he went in the back and came back out with a full crate of poblanos & let me grab what I needed before he put them out. Best grocery store ever. We wish they were in Pennsylvania.
Monday I shopped. Got home. No yogurt in my bags. Went back Tuesday and they gave me my missing item. Cooking dinner tonight, honey garlic chicken. My honey didn't make it home with me either! My fault for not looking over my receipt better when I went back for the yogurt. I just expected that everything I paid for would come home with me. This is my first bad experience here, and I would guess it probably won't happen again. I'm just upset that it's been a bad week for me and my HEB.
A big "Thank you!" to Christian, Supervisor or Manager Extraordinaire (up & coming management) for coming outside, scanning, going inside to locate 25% coupon and having purchase rung up. He then helped me load 20 bags of mulch in his very nice clothes & shoes! Was done in less than 20 minutes. I'm a very impressed customer! 02/13/17
