RecommendedMy HEB has been a strong supporter of local products, like my family’s Stestí Brewing Co. HEB pre-ordered our newest offering, Bohemian Rhapsody and thank them for placement in the Texas Beer section of the cooler.
I normally love my HEB, it’s a bit annoying that we have to look more closely to make sure something isn’t expired or that it has been switched. Your salmon burgers had yesterday’s date, and the cotton candy grapes were swapped for regular green grapes. 🤦🏼♀️ Have to send hubby back up with them later.
Y’all are doing a great job through the corona virus pandemic. Thank you for everything. But is it too much to ask that baggers be trained to put cold/frozen items in customers insulated bags (when available)? Mine just sat on the checkout counter while all of my frozen items were bagged in other bags. It’s fun rebagging my whole order before leaving the store.
Standing in line to get in and a manager comes to check on us then shares that they are sanitizing carts for the customers! Do you know how many carts are at an H-E-B?!? Love y’all so much! Thank you for all that you do!

This store is so convenient and always well stocked. Employees here rock!
This pharmacy has become horrendous. They used to be wonderful. Now it’s not uncommon for them to take at least twice as long to fill a medication as they told me it will take. Hire more staff or stop accepting people’s prescriptions if you can fill them when promised.
Best grocery store ever! HEB should be in more states. Right?
I wanted to give a big shout out to Kimberly in the Spring Cypress Grant Rd store. She saw me pushing my cart and dealing with a toddler tantrum at the same time. Instead of me having to choose a line to wait in, Kimberly ushered me into a line right away and checked me out herself. This tired mama thanks you Kimberly and HEB for having amazing employees!! 👏🏻👏🏻
