I took my truck for a transmission oil change and they broke down the transmission, they told me that my truck was already like that and they told me lies after another, the transmission had to be changed and when they gave me the truck, it had an exaggerated vibration of the engine, something I did not do before taking it to this automotive workshop, I checked it and there were loose screws, screws were missing, different screws, this workshop is not professional at all, I would never go to this automotive workshop again
Do not use this place!!!! Had our car 4 days longer than what they said it just went in for a trans service fluid, filter, gasket. They broke bolts off replaced with ones that weren’t correct completely didn’t replace one of them. Now the car is leaking all over the driveway not one single issue before and shifting hard. DO NOT USE!!!
Definitely don’t take your vehicle to these guys. Brought my car in for transmission service on a Friday morning said couple of hours. Never received a call Friday afternoon so called and found out they broke bolts off. Said it would be ready Monday called Monday afternoon and it was supposedly ready. Drove it home. Parked it . I went here for a diagnostic, charged me $100 and didn’t have an answer as to what the issue was. Instead, I was told I could try a few different repairs and ultimately a transmission replacement. None of these were the issue. Please do your own research before using this place. My issue turned out to be something simple that another shop caught. It was in plain sight. They didn’t do anything here but rip me off and try to sell me on some bs!
Highly DO NOT recommend..
