Worst experience I have ever had with a tech. He told me that he would order the part and fix it, after 11 days of not returning my calls he tells me that he would not fix it, extremely rude guy, and a horrible experience. La peor experiencia que he tenido con un técnico. Me dijo que ordenaría la pieza y la arreglaría, después de 11 días de no devolver mis llamadas, me dijo que no la arreglaría, un tipo extremadamente grosero y una experiencia horrible.

First called for dryer repair and 4 days later belt was repaired. Did spin without clothes in it then. Paid $130 for that. He said vent was a fire hazard. The vent needed cleaning so that done by someone else - cost $180. Then tried dryer and will not spin with clothes. Then paid someone $20 to remove shelving, then let Henry know , even sent photo, so that he could come back to see back of dryer. No return calls or texts.
