play $3,000 for a motor job has an oil leak they refuse to warranty it over a power steering pump that they was trying to force me to buy when I told him I could not afford it guarantee they won't get no good advertisement for me I'm not we'll be taking them to court

No one with our company tried to force you to purchase anything. When you came in because you thought you may have an oil leak we explained to you that the power steering pump was leaking so badly that we could not even determine that you did have an oil leak much less where it might be coming from if you did. Our decision to not further perform any service on your vehicle is a direct result of your verbal abuse and threats to our staff.
RecommendedWas able to get the part I needed at a fraction of the cost I was looking at. The staff working that day was VERY helpful and eager to please (the dog was even cool). My purchase worked perfectly and I will definitely make H&W my go to salvage dealer!!!
They do a great job in getting the parts that you need to you quickly. It does not matter if you were on the other side of the United States than they are. If the part they sent you that does not work for you, they are quick and conscientious to take care of you and fix the problem the best way possible. If there is no other way to remedy the situation, they will issue you a refund quickly. it is a pleasure to do business with them. Sally is very helpful and courteous and professional as is everyone I talked to at H & W.
