I went to H & Co not really knowing what I wanted, just this blurry picture in my head. Taylor somehow figured it out. She explained the options, made it make sense, and gave me a cut that feels like me. Once again Hannah Went up and beyond my expectations! I just love her! She is extremely talented and experienced! She knows what I want and is extremely time efficient on a busy schedule as mine! She also is extremely informative! It took me 30 plus years to find my forever gem
Hannah is extremely unprofessional and rude. Called to make an appointment after getting cancelation emails twice and she wasn’t even able to do that. “Nothing wrong with the scheduling system” but still allowed me to schedule with someone who doesn’t even work there.
When I first booked my consultation and arrived, Hanna greeted me, we discussed what the plan was for my hair. Along with options on hair dyes, how long they would last with washing, and even bringing out some of the dyes so that I could see what they looked like. Everything went smoothly and I booked my hair appointment for two weeks from that date. Getting to the appointment, Hanna offered me a snack, drinks, or even coffee!
