We woke up to a watering our den. My husband called GZI and Adam answered. He came and looked at our roof. He knew what needed to be done. He came the next day and fixed it. More importantly he patched our roof at no charge.

QUICK UPDATE: so the insurance company took forever to pay out. Adam was incredibly patient and very kind, he even helped explaining what needs to be done with the insurance claims rep. He had no issues coming out a couple of times to meet with the inspectors. Which we truly appreciated!!’ And after all that, we finally got our roof!! And it looks amazing!!!! Adam came out to take a look at our roof, He was informed, professional and understanding! He answered all of our questions, explain the process clearly, and even thou we don't need a new roof at this moment. My husband and I decided that this company will be our roofing company, when it comes time for our roof to be replaced!! Thank you Adam!

GZI did a great job! After the initial inspection, which was completed by owner himself. Adam gave me his cell phone and through quick replies texting and prompt call back walked me through the entire process step by step. Crew did a great job, and left the place cleaner then it was before they arrived. After completion Adam was there to walk me through the post inspection and answer all the questions I had. Recommend these company for roofs, or any of your home improvement projects.

Adam and his partner John made everything a streamlined process. John worked with insurance company to get the claim approved and even went out of his way to find areas where water had leaked into our home and found hail damage on our fence! John was knowledgeable and was on top of what needed to be done! Adam made sure all materials were ordered as required.
